Traditional Rys 200 standard: Ya standard formulated and implemented before February 27, 2020. Rys 200 was originally required to be upgraded by February 2022, but due to the impact of covid-19 on our community, the previously specified date and deadline are currently under review. As members grow, they will be informed of all relevant changes.
Improved Rys 200 standard: as a result of the community led standard review project, the enhanced standard was launched on February 27, 2020. All aspiring Rys 200 programs must now be applied according to these standards。
t is a shared core course in high standards, including descent, style and method. The course includes a clear breakdown of four education categories and 12 abilities, including their respective sub abilities [?] - All these must be tested [?] To integrate and apply knowledge。
Under these modern standards, each Rys will also evaluate their students' knowledge, skills and experience, and then certify them as 200 hour teachers according to the core course。
Although the core curriculum requires 200 hours of teaching and training to reflect the above educational categories and abilities, Rys 200s is encouraged to provide additional time as needed or needed to expand their unique Yoga focus. We value the views and areas of interest of all yoga school members and promote additional education to support their unique lineages, styles or methods。
