What has changed?

Compared with our old standards, advanced standards do the following:

Adopt the "hour + ability" model centered on the common core curriculum composed of four education categories, 12 abilities and many sub abilities, and get rid of the hour based model strictly based on education categories；
It is required that 100% of the minimum required time is classroom time directly related to core courses and learning objectives [?]；
